MICHAEL W. BUBIS
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

CREDENTIALS
Michael, Charlie Adams and Roy Lawson have been partners in the development of real estate projects (both residential and commercial) over the past twenty-five years. Michael also has 30 years of experience in manufacturing, sales and distribution in the Palm Beaches. He grew up in a family business starting as a laborer at a young age advancing to Director of Operations, eventually becoming President of Palm Beach Bedding Company, the local licensee for Serta Mattress Company. Under his guidance, the Florida operation was known in the Mattress Industry as the fastest growing, most efficient facility in the United States. Michael credits Palm Beach Bedding's growth to a management team that he assembled specifically to understand the importance of exceptional customer service, communication, quality and strong cost controls. He was directly involved in all aspects of the 235,000 square foot facility that housed Serta in Riviera Beach. From concept to completion he has "hands on" with the purchase of the property, design development and construction of the building. Michael joined forces with South Palm Construction in 2003 as a partner to help further the continued growth of this successful operation.

RESPONSIBILITY
He is responsible for providing the leadership and cost control of all operations at South Palm Construction. Mike also works as an important part of the construction process and as the primary liaison between the customer/owner and the company.
