Founded in 1974 by Charles S. Adams and Alton L. Lawson, and joined in partnership by Michael W. Bubis in 2003. South Palm Construction, Inc., (State Qualified Business QB0002787) was created as a full service construction company, a single-source provider of construction services. South Palm Construction's commitment to construction management excellence has been the underlying source of its success over the past 30 years. The company has consistently taken a lead in promoting cost control, value engineering and estimate analysis.
